The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s the third time we’re booking the same room at this hotel. An Italian villa in the center of Tirana, the view of the villa’s grand staircase from the gate immediately won us over. The décor is refined and plush, and the Lumière room is just perfect.

The property feels sensational—just renovated and very stylish, situated in the prime restaurant and bar district. The twin room was comfortable but a bit cramped, and the staff were professional but not especially warm.

This hotel is great, with a wonderful location and a spacious room, surrounded by bars and cafés, including two excellent spots inside the hotel itself. When we checked out, there was no water available, and the night manager was unhelpful.
