Nothing worth the price. I’d advise against it: no communication, surreal management, total lack of professionalism. Days before arrival the owner was completely unreachable, ignoring every call and never replying to messages. Finding the place was a nightmare, with no directions and no way to contact her, so we had to ask passersby for help. Only by the locals did we learn the room keys were left in a bar on the square. The climax was when, due to a technical issue billing the stay, the owner suddenly remembered how to use a phone and called us to urge a resolution. She was available instantly only when she needed to collect money, but completely absent to welcome guests. This indifference and opportunism are unacceptable. We strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want a serious, stress‑free stay.

Vista. Soggiorno purtroppo al di sotto delle aspettative sotto diversi punti di vista. La posizione non è agevole, trovandosi all'interno delle vie del borgo tra ripide salite. Il check-in è stato del tutto spersonalizzato: l'host non ci ha contattati ed eravamo accompagnati da un barista locale. Abbiamo riscontrato diverse criticità legate all'igiene e alla manutenzione: tavoletta del WC assente, un asciugamano sporco dimenticato sul davanzale e pulizie approssimative (la polvere sui mobili non è stata rimossa). Inoltre, nonostante avessimo espresso la volontà di non far entrare il personale — anche per la mancanza di una cassaforte dove custodire gli oggetti di valore —, le pulizie sono entrate ugualmente in nostra assenza. Infine, la sicurezza lascia a desiderare: il frigorifero non funziona a causa di prese elettriche difettose con fili scoperti, mentre per l'aria condizionata è necessario ricordarsi di svuotare manualmente il boccione della condensa all'esterno. Non è stata offerta nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo. Struttura non consigliata
