Calyptus Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

“Tökéletes”

Everything was wonderful, the staff were trustworthy, very clean and always attentive. The food was delicious. We’d gladly return ☺️. The hairdresser inside the hotel isn’t recommended – the price and skill don’t match the hotel’s standard.

“Man kann damit zufrieden sein das der Hotel für den Preis geeignet war und man damit Spaß hatte und schöne Erlebnisse ic”

The waiter in the restaurant, Yerik, and the cleaning lady, Hatice, were very friendly, often more so than others, and the animation group was very active and engaging. The beach is far away and you always have to take the shuttle; the staff on the early‑shift morning shift barely served drinks and you had to fetch everything yourself.

My room had a tiny balcony, and behind it another balcony separated by a barrier with nothing visible. Hotel staff entered the room unannounced early in the morning, which was uncomfortable. A day before check‑out, no one cleaned the room or changed the towels. On the day of departure, the cleaning lady opened the door several times before 10:00 and asked when I would leave the room. The bathroom smelled of mildew. The hotel is a 5‑star with an “ultra all‑inclusive” description, but the last meal was only until 21:00 and drinks and beverages were available until 0:00. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The beach and sea are the weakest points, unfortunately.

“Perfect”

Everything was arranged perfectly; unfortunately we had to leave a bit earlier due to personal circumstances, but the hotel accommodated us very well. There was almost nothing to complain about; the only small issue was that the cleaning lady in our part of the hotel cleaned the area quickly, so it wasn’t spotless, but it was fine.
