They assigned me a ground‑floor room, and the bed sheet, pillow covers, and other linens were dirty and torn; when I asked for replacements they said none were available. Breakfast was included, but I was offered no choice and simply told what they had. Overall hygiene was very bad, and the lift was narrow and felt unsafe.

If you’re serious, just visit and you’ll go crazy; except for the location, everything else was frightening. There was leakage in the ceiling, a dirty bed that seemed to have an old bedsheet, and a pungent smell. How can anyone run a hotel that’s so dirty? The concept of cleanliness is clearly missing. God save the travellers. Location.
