The location was very good, all public transport was nearby. The breakfast was okay, the staff were friendly and had good English. People over 65 can ride all public transport for free. The city is beautiful. The hotel is in an old building with high ceilings; you had to enter twice with a number, but it worked fine. The breakfast coffee didn’t taste good, it had a powdered coffee aroma. The street noise was loud, and despite good soundproofing, the ambulances were especially loud and frequent.

“Location Location Wonderful Staff”

The location is great and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a fresh variety, and you can arrange a takeaway breakfast (small fee) for a last‑minute early train booking. Access to the U‑lines and main trains makes it an ideal spot to drop off your bags, explore the beautiful city, and enjoy great food. The only complaint was some noise between rooms, mainly from a loud person on his phone; perhaps staff could remind guests to keep noise down after a certain hour so others can sleep for their early morning starts.

The cleaning was impeccable, towels were changed daily, the location was right by the metro, and the staff were very friendly; the downside was that the beds only had a single duvet, not a blanket.
