The property is a few minutes’ drive from Pisa’s center, surrounded by a beautiful, well‑kept garden with a pool. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast could use more local product variety.

The location is great by transport, the building looks nice, and the garden with pool is huge and beautiful; the Italian breakfast is good, Francesco is a pleasant host and Daniela is very friendly and gives many tips about the town and the region. A free garden seat would add value.

The place was clean and spacious, but when we arrived after dark we had to work out how to get into the gated property; Francesco called us anyway, but the entry could be simpler.
