I had a fantastic time at Mtwapa Pride – the best apartments I've booked there. The spot is super convenient, and I've rented more than two units in this complex, but these were the top picks. I used to stay on the top floor, and it got scorching hot because the roof and walls absorbed the sun all day. These units sit on the second floor, so the sun only hits them in the morning from the east, keeping the place cool. The fan works great and keeps the temperature comfortable. The rooftop pool is a huge plus and perfect for unwinding after a hot day. Quickmart Mtwapa Mall is within walking distance, so you can stroll there without any hassle. In another apartment in the same complex, the owner suddenly demanded a higher rate than we agreed, citing Christmas and New Year holidays; here, the price stayed exactly as we initially settled—no surprises. The hostess is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and help out. All in all, I rate this place 10/10 for value and highly recommend it.
