The place is absolutely fantastic, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and breakfast was excellent, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all during our stay.

The view is unique, but for a week-long stay no one bothered to clean the room, change towels or bed linen. The fridge is noisy and the AC smells awful.

The location is gorgeous, right in the centre of Imerovigli, offering an incredible sunset view from the hotel and the surrounding area down to the rock. Breakfast is well‑served, not fancy but great value for the view and positioning. The owner and his whole team are super friendly. The shared pool has a lovely view. However, the beds are quite uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in your back. Our room was clean but had a funny smell in the bathroom. The hotel looks a bit rundown – broken pool loungers, dated facilities and some grime – but overall, for the price and location it’s a very pleasant stay.

The view from the room we were assigned is amazing. We had trouble finding it quickly because the door has a different name and no sign says “amazing.” There are no signs along the path indicating where to go. The paths are maze‑like and lack direction, and since the place has another name, nobody recognised it.

The location and view of the caldera are good, and the staff are attentive to requests. The cost‑benefit ratio is solid. The apartment’s furniture is very old, the bed is low quality, it smells damp, and the balcony isn’t private.
