The cleanliness, design, details, and spa are beautiful and worth it.

They handle currency changes poorly at checkout; the final price in euros was almost 10 % higher, so I feel the hotel is expensive and unnecessarily profiting from the exchange.

It was a beautiful, quiet, and spacious hotel. The separate cottages were lovely, with good beds, a jacuzzi, a desk, plenty of space, and a panoramic view of the lake; in the morning there was a stunning sunrise. We also enjoyed a nice boat trip to an island with monkeys. The food was excellent and the location was convenient relative to Tikal. No complaints.

Amazing lush property, clean and exactly as shown in photos. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Property was remote so food delivery from outside wasn’t available. The restaurant has great selection and good food but if staying on the property for more than 3 days the food can be repetitive
