The newly renovated areas were nice. Our room was very old and not at all what we expected. The spa/pool area is also very old, but the kids still loved it.

The room was beautiful and the staff were pleasant; the room was very well cleaned, which I greatly appreciated. Adjusting the lighting was somewhat difficult when you’re precise, and hallway sounds were easily heard, but luckily it didn’t bother me at night.

The spa was good. The restaurant menus could be more varied, offering typical dishes instead of overly seasoned ones.

The spa is a suitable size and functional, though it’s no longer brand new. The kids’ area was especially good: a slide, an outdoor pool, a sauna, and a variety of activities. A solid package for families. Evening meal options could have been a bit more diverse, and the grill/snack section was fairly limited compared to the restaurant.
