Studios have air-conditioning, kitchenettes, and seating areas. Laundry service is available. Located near Cuddly Animal Farm, Guildford, and Whiteman Park, with easy access to Perth city and zoo. Free parking provided.

I liked the spot—cheap and right in the middle of things—but noticed a bit of mould near the windows.

There are no cabins, just a DONGA, and the air‑con/heater sits above the bed, making a lot of noise because it's old. The metal bed frame is welded together with a decent mattress and pillows. Condensation builds up in the DONGA and the bathroom walls are dirty. An iron is available, but there's no ironing board or hangers. The wooden steps to the front entrance are worn and the paint looks like it was just slapped on. The bathroom fan is loud and ineffective. Getting into the park was rough, with big potholes that you can't avoid and look awful. It's overpriced.

The studio was lovely and spotless, and the whole park was charming. No issues.

Nice spot with friendly staff, but the air‑conditioning filters were clogged with dust and barely worked, so I had to clean them myself.
