The location is absolutely top, right on the beautiful Dünnen, and the rooms are fine, but the hidden costs and lack of clear communication from the start were frustrating; the trip to the camp with a guide cost 130 €, the return to Foum Zguid was 300 €, plus meals for two people (two dinners, one lunch) added 120 €, totaling 550 €—we were a bit naïve and should have negotiated a price from the beginning because we were left to rely on it when outside, and there was no room for negotiation.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with its excellent location, cleanliness, and environment, not to mention the friendly staff. Everything was perfect, and I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. The hotel's ambiance was great, and I felt right at home. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay.

“Enttäuschend”

I had a mixed experience at this camp. On the positive side, the dinner was delicious, and the people were friendly and helpful. However, there were several drawbacks, including the lack of water for purchase, cold showers in the morning, and a general Spartan atmosphere that didn't live up to the luxury promise. Additionally, my pre-booked tour was cancelled without an alternative, and I was charged extra for transportation and parking, which felt excessive.

“Très bien”

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The location was top-notch, and I enjoyed arriving via the 4x4 tracks. However, I faced some challenges, including lukewarm water in the morning, which made showering more comfortable in the evening. The dinner was also pricey compared to the rest of the stay, but options were limited given the remote location. I had to negotiate my camel tour in advance to get a reasonable price.

“Fantastic experience in the dunes!”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a desert camp located on the edge of breathtaking sand dunes. The adobe rooms were a welcome respite from the scorching desert sun during the day and provided a cozy warmth at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and talented, whipping up delicious meals and entertaining us with music and dance around the campfire. Our guide, Hamsa, was knowledgeable and skilled, making our desert adventure truly unforgettable.
