“Buena ubicación, pero con aspectos importantes que corregir o mejorar”

The location, because it’s close to Palermo’s main sights, lets you visit them comfortably on foot. We also appreciated that some of the issues we reported during our stay were addressed. The private bathroom was outside the room, which only happened in our room. Getting to the second floor was difficult and the sound insulation was insufficient. There were cleaning and maintenance problems, especially in the shower, whose base was cracked and sunk. Additionally, a protruding screw in the entrance pinched a finger and caused a small bleed. I’ve attached photos of some of the maintenance issues mentioned.

“Parfait pour découvrir tout Palerme à pied.”

I was blown away by the value for money and the unbeatable location right in the heart of Palermo, where everything is within walking distance. The café and breakfast downstairs on the street were genuinely charming and authentic. The host was super responsive, and the apartment itself was very comfortable with air‑conditioning and excellent bedding that helped me recover fully. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, so it can be a bit noisy, but the double‑glazed windows kept the sound at bay, so it didn’t bother us at all.

The apartment was fantastic, right in the middle of the old town, and the train station was just a short walk or bus ride away. We were able to leave our luggage there until late in the evening, which was a huge help—thanks a lot!

The place is situated in a very convenient spot in the historic center. The floor in the room and the bathroom weren’t very clean, though.
