The location is very good, just 200 m from the beach; Lorenzo does everything he can to provide information and I’ll return, though opening the lower door is a bit difficult.

The guest house sits 30 metres from Alicante marina, making it a perfect base for exploring the city and old town; it offers plenty of rooms and shared facilities, and communication with the host is excellent—ideal for a solo traveller, with no complaints aside from the expected quirks of this popular city‑living style.
