The place was quiet, spotless, and close to amenities and restaurants; the staff were friendly and always ready to help—thanks especially to sister Carmen.

The reception line and housekeeping were excellent, the food was very good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, when I ordered a meal from the restaurant on Saturday 5 September at 7 pm, the staff’s attitude was completely inappropriate and disrespectful, and parking required a fee.
