Attentive staff, great breakfast, excellent location! The only issue was the mattress on the extra bed.
Reservamos dois quartos: um para um casal e outro com três camas de solteiro. Ao chegarmos aos quartos, o chão estava extremamente sujo, com cabelos por toda parte. A roupa de cama não havia sido trocada; inclusive, havia marcas que indicavam que alguém havia sentado na cama e, em outra, até deitado. O travesseiro , lençol estavam completamente amassados. Fomos à recepção e nos colocaram em outros quartos. No entanto, apesar de estarem mais “ajeitadinhos”, ainda deixavam muito a desejar. No chuveiro tinha bastante mofo, o espelho estava cheio de respingos e as camas e os colchões eram péssimos. Tanto a piscina, o Hall de entrada, elevadores, academia necessitam de limpeza. Tudo extremamente sujo! Além disso, acordamos com vários pontos vermelhos pelo corpo e coceiras. O café da manhã, apesar de ter uma boa variedade, não nos agradou. Infelizmente, não recomendamos a hospedagem
You pay for a full day but they don’t honor a full day. They should allow check‑in at 08:00 and enforce a full day. It’s absurd to arrive at 15:00 and have to leave at 12:00.
