The location is amazing, and for those arriving by car, the hotel offers an excellent parking solution.

“Déçu après la 3eme fois dans cet hôtel je n’y retournerai pas.”

The location, rooftop terrace, and breakfast are good, but everything feels old and poorly maintained: the shower water doesn’t flow, you have to choose between burning yourself or freezing, the shower door no longer closes, there are sewage smells and even filth in the sink drains (not up to standards). The room wasn’t ready in three days even with a “room ready” sign. The eco‑policy claims they don’t change sheets, yet they don’t clean the room. The staff are kind, but you pay for a hotel with basic service and cleanliness, and I’m not 25, so that’s true.

The location was spot‑on and the staff were incredibly friendly; the rooms were very good, and I had no complaints.

“ottima posizione e ospitalità”

The staff were very kind and welcoming, even for our dog with a welcome kit and bowls provided. The shower was large and spacious. The room had a kettle and microwave. The garage under the building is very convenient, especially for Bordeaux, and the location is truly central. The beds were fairly comfortable and the air conditioning was good, which was a lifesaver with the 38 °C in the city. The room wasn’t very spacious, and traveling with fairly large luggage left little room to move. The windows were sealed, so occasionally we felt there was little air circulation.

“Hyper centre”

The spot was great for the city, but inside the place felt a bit dark and lacked visibility.
