“El lugar es lindo, pero es caro para lo ofrecen. Higiene baños , productos de cortesía ofrecen.”
The place is pretty and well maintained. The lighting is poor when entering from the avenue into the parking.

The hotel was quiet and spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their service. Every floor had a bathroom, so I never had to leave my room to use one. Breakfast offered a hot food selection that was fresh and well prepared, and both dining areas and restrooms stayed immaculate. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a handy refrigerator. The décor gave off an upscale vibe and the room rates felt good for what was offered. For just 10.00 I could bring my sister to breakfast before she left town, which was great since we don’t see each other often. The live band at Tiffany’s Bistro made the food and drinks amazing, and we were eight people (seven staying at the hotel) who all enjoyed good refreshments and snacks at a great price. The bar staff were friendly and quick to serve. The hot tub, game room, and walking distance to restaurants and stores added to the convenience. On the downside, coffee and tea were lacking. I’m a coffee lover, day or night, and even on a weekend. My daughter was recovering from a cold and wanted tea; this was the first Best Western I’ve stayed at that didn’t have it available 24/7. The front desk was happy to fetch it, but it felt like a bother to ask. I don’t trust the room coffee makers; they’re odd. The stairs were also a problem—there were too many going in different directions, and the only elevator only goes up half a floor. I had to transfer my belongings from one cart to another via stairs until the second cart was full, then to my room. We were in town for a family wedding, I have bad knees, and my husband has a bad hip, so this was very inconvenient. If I’d known, I would have requested all five rooms on the first floor.
