The place is in a fantastic spot, and the staff were friendly and well‑informed, though the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.

The location was super convenient for all the sites and entertainment we visited, our beds were very comfortable, and parking was a breeze, but the condo had a strong mildew smell that even room spray couldn’t eliminate.

Like most reviews of this resort, it feels dated and I’m pretty sure Sophia, Rose, and Dorothy stayed here 🤣, yet it was spotless and walking into town was a breeze; the floors in the high‑traffic area are squeaky and you can hear neighbors, our unit had carpet and a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but overall it was very clean.

“Location was great. Parking was insane and street was steep. Outdated and and he had roaches.”

I loved the location, but the building looks run down; the decks need fixing, the siding and units need painting, and the flooring should be replaced.
