The entire facility is in bad shape: no toilet paper in the room, dirty floors and bathrooms, and the once‑good property is now just deteriorating.

“A Relaxing Weekend”

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was central to Downtown Warren and nearby cities. We were told at check‑in that breakfast wouldn't be available. However, there was no box of Kleenex in the room and the door handle was difficult to open from the outside.

The location was convenient for a day at Allegheny National Forest, the town center of Warren was appealing and quick to reach, but outside the room it was quite bland, there was only a self‑serve coffee instead of breakfast, a lot of construction was happening, and service was minimal.

I booked a room and when I arrived, there was a crib already in it—nothing wrong with that, but it felt odd. I also had a room that was advertised as “including breakfast,” yet the hotel didn’t serve breakfast at all and I was still charged. It’s a small fee, but if you’re not going to provide the service, don’t charge me for it.
