I booked twice, but when I got there the first day they said the reservation couldn't be confirmed. They told me to book directly for that day, and the next day they blamed a platform glitch and said there were no rooms left. I had to scramble and find another place, definitely not a smooth experience.

Arrived in San Gil at 9:30 pm, got to the door around 9:45. The door was shut, they gave me a WhatsApp number but no one answered. I spent two hours stuck outside, trying to get a code that never came, and after a few messages they just stopped replying. Totally unprofessional.

The spot is beautiful, super comfy and quiet. I could just relax and enjoy the calm. No complaints, just a lovely getaway.

The place looks awful, no front desk staff to help. On top of that, the bathroom was filthy. Not a place I'd recommend.
