I liked the shower and breakfast, but the overall experience was terrible and I won't return. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy; I woke up sore and the stay was awful—definitely not recommended.

Privacy was fine, but two women received my luggage without permission, only contacting me after it happened. I never told them it would occur or that I was staying—this was terrible, and I’ve already filed a complaint.

Everything was clean and cozy, and I liked everything.

The breakfast was great, well presented and organized, with very polite and meticulous kitchen staff. Front desk people were very helpful, courteous, and attentive. The only downside was the loud slam of the room door each time it opened or closed, and even with the ceiling fan the room stayed quite warm.
