The rooms and the whole hotel were spotless, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the style of the hotel was great, and the parking was spacious.

The location was central.

There was nothing good; the staff were rude and insensitive to the circumstances, had a bad manner and no human touch, and their hotel behavior seemed shady; no positive aspects.

Everything pleased me: the staff were super welcoming, the room was exceptional, cleanliness was optimal, services were excellent, and the location fit my schedule perfectly. The only downside was the breakfast, which I couldn't figure out who was at fault for, because it was included in the booking price but charged extra at the hotel.
