“Great place but do not share bathrooms ....”
I loved the owner, the villa, the garden, and the view, yet the room was quite cramped and the shared bathroom was not what I expected at this level of accommodation.

Everything was exquisite – the furnishings, the bed, the breakfast, and the host were all wonderful, a 12‑out‑of‑10 experience, though I wish we’d stayed more than one night. Parking felt a bit tight, but the host helped us park safely. My feet got cold on the bare floors, so a heads‑up about bringing slippers or extra socks would have been nice, since shoes weren’t allowed.

Everything was perfect – the location, the view, and the care for each guest. If you’re even considering staying here, just go for it! The experience was amazing, and a huge thank you to T.J. for ensuring every guest had the best stay possible. The only downside was the hot weather. The Patrician Hollywood Universal turned out to be everything we hoped for and more.

I’ve never met a host as good as TJ in all my travels. From arrival to departure he was considerate, helpful, and anticipated every need, recommending routes, treating us to homemade cocktails, and bringing food after the event we attended. He also has great stories and is a pleasure to be around. I just wish we’d stayed longer.
