It’s a quiet spot with an amazing view, decent kitchen, bathroom, balcony, parking space, and cleanliness is okay. Hot water works fine, there’s a small TV and fridge in the room, and you can pay by card. However, there’s no AC, so it can get hot in summer even if you leave the window and balcony door open. The bathroom stinks, an old fan in the wall is broken so fresh air can’t get in; it was especially strong in the morning and you couldn’t keep the door open, making it worse. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which could be an issue if you have foot problems. The host is friendly but lacks a central evidence system to confirm payments; I was called repeatedly to confirm I paid and still received a notice three days before the stay that I hadn’t paid, causing stress. They explained it was due to the lack of an Excel sheet for records, which felt like an excuse. The bathroom was supposed to have a hairdryer as listed on Booking, but it wasn’t there, so bring your own. There’s no room service, or at least no one told me how to request it. Few outlets mean you need to bring an extension.

Quiet area, well-equipped kitchen access, the option to serve meals on the terrace, grill and barbecue access. No negative comments.

Good location and mountain view. The street is noisy, there’s no internal parking, and the building feels dated.
