“Aconchegante e bastante cômodo chegar a tudo!”

The place was quiet, well‑located, clean, and the staff were all very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and freshly made, making the whole experience very pleasant. The location was good, close to everything and the city centre, though it does require climbing a hill. The only downside was that the room we stayed in picked up a lot of noise from staff – you could hear a lot of chatter and things falling on the floor.

The location is great for anyone who wants to explore the historic centre, with plenty of shops nearby. The staff are attentive. The double bed felt more like two single beds, the mattresses were separated in the morning and there was a gap in the middle. A stair in the corridor was unmarked, almost causing a fall. The windows lack locks, so they can be left open.

“execelente!”

This is the second time we stayed at the inn and we would definitely return. The location is excellent; we walked everywhere, even at night. The rooms are spacious, clean, with a large, comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s one of the few places in the historic centre that offers parking. The only issue was that our room didn’t have air conditioning, but since we were there in winter that wasn’t a problem.

Loalização. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Os quartos tem cheiro de mofo, infelizmente quebra o visual legal do espaço. Iriam me colocar em um quarto sem janela por eu ter locado pela Booking e não diretamente com eles. Mudaram depois de eu informar que possuía problemas respiratórios. Parece que sequer sabiam como a plataforma funiona, pois foram no quarto me acordar a noite para dizer que a estadia não estava paga. Efetuei o pagamento no checkout, mas achei confuso de toda forma. O café da manhã é bom, até. Mas parece que economizam até na laranja do suco. Água pura. 550,00 para uma diária é loucura demais pela qualidade do quarto e roupas de cama. Não vale o preço

The staff were very attentive and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The location was also good. The shower took a long time to heat up, and an air‑conditioner would have been nice.
