Everything was fine. The location is very pretty, with a forest setting next to a river.

The location is good. Nobody was waiting for us when we arrived. The only contact was a message from the owner early in the morning through the app, which we missed because we were on a ferry and had no internet. Another guest informed the owner of our arrival. When the manager finally came, she opened the cabin, which was naturally frozen. We tested the tap and it didn’t produce hot water. It wasn’t a butane issue but a malfunction, apparently it hadn’t been checked beforehand. Betty advised us to leave, and we did. We found ourselves at 9 p.m. without dinner and no place to stay for the night.

The location was superb and Bety provided excellent service, plus the breakfast was very good. The bathroom layout wasn’t very convenient for four people.

The beds were very good and the heating was excellent; the place was perfect. Everything was impeccable.
