The location is superb, we held our wedding there, and the staff went above and beyond to help with planning, flowers, food (really good), and setup. The only downside was the breakfast, which included small breads that I didn’t like very much.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Quito and only wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully appointed, spacious and much larger than we expected, with a comfortable sofa and a dining table that made it feel more like a luxurious apartment than a hotel room. The welcome was particularly lovely. We were greeted with a drink on arrival, and our room had a bottle of wine and some delicious Ecuadorian chocolates waiting for us—such a thoughtful and generous touch. Everything about our stay felt warm, welcoming and special. The attention to detail really made a difference, and the room was such a wonderful place to relax after exploring Quito. We would happily return and would definitely stay longer next time. A truly memorable stay!

The hotel is located in the historic center near tourist spots. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even gifting us a bottle of wine and sending us messages in Portuguese. The building has four floors; my room was on the third. The fourth floor is rented for events, and because of that, I couldn’t sleep due to loud noises—microphone sounds, shouting, music, and footsteps—throughout the night. It was outrageous! If you plan to stay, make sure no event is scheduled for the same dates.

The location is brilliant, near the old town, great restaurants, and safe. The hotel has old‑world charm and incredible staff; staying there was lovely. Nothing negative – it was all lovely.
