We never actually stayed. When we got there it was a total letdown. No one was around, the key instructions were missing, the place looked abandoned, the pool was dirty and unusable, the toilet was broken, the grass was overgrown, and the gate was wide open with no security. We were scared, left right away, sent a message to the lodge and to the booking site, and still got charged for a stay we never used.

Everything was shut, the pool was dirty and closed off, and the whole place felt disorganized and horrible. I didn't like anything, paid for a stay I never had, and they didn't give me a refund.

The only thing good was the beach. There was no onsite staff, only two towels for four people, the coffee was at another lodge and weak, the apartment access was dark and overgrown with weeds, there was no guard, and the gate wouldn't close.

Scammed us. No one was there to receive us, the place was abandoned, and another family had already taken it. We found a huge cockroach in a room that was still open. The support only replied on WhatsApp, saying they'd move us elsewhere, but only after we mentioned we had already booked somewhere else. It was all happening at night, putting me, my friends, and my wife at risk. I’ve already filed a police report—report this place.
