The spot is central, right next to the main sights, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the staff were professional and well‑versed in the city.
Well situated about a 10‑minute walk from the churches, beside a bench and close to a restaurant, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the views from the room were nice. Just remember to ask them to turn on the boiler for hot water.

The place was peaceful, but the mosquitoes were a nuisance.
I highly recommend this place! :)
Its closeness to the main attractions and its cleanliness were positives, but the owner failed to honor my booking: I was given a single room instead of the double I had reserved and charged far more than the listed price for a double.
