Walking through the gates, you immediately sense a true 5‑star experience; the staff are excellent and accommodating, but the outdoor pool is very cold, and you would expect a heated pool at the price you pay.

The property is beautiful inside and out, the pool area and the upstairs terrace overlooking Palma are great, the staff are lovely and the service at the pool area/bar is excellent, but the pool was absolutely freezing—maybe a heated pool? 🤔

The historic building looks beautiful, like a museum, and offers full 5‑star service with lovely hillside views and easy access to the golf courses, yet the dinner at the main restaurant is expensive and not tasty.

Все соответствует уровню 5*. Завтрак до 11.00. Удобная постель. Не хватает лежаков у открытого бассейна для всех гостей отеля. В счет ошибочно была включена услуга, которой не пользовались (убрали, деньги вернули). На карте бронируют при въезде 200 евро за день (их возвращаются за вычетом потраченных на бар или прочее). Но это не было указано при бронировании
