“Overpriced and stale”

Location. I arrived to check in at 340 and was told my room wasn’t ready. I had to change for a wedding in the lobby bathroom and forego a shower. For $300 that is NOT ok. I arrived after the wedding and complained. I was given a $75 credit. $225 for a hotel room I didn’t get to use for what I booked it for is not ok. Overall the hotel was average. Dated and damp

The absolute best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. We had an issue with a smell in our room the first night, but the front desk staff immediately found a solution

The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel itself was nice and had an inground pool, but we never used it. The staff were friendly and courteous, yet I found black mold everywhere in our room’s air‑conditioning vents in the bathroom stall, and when we asked for a coffee pot it seemed unclean from the previous guest—disgusting. Some furniture had stains and bits of debris on the floor when we first entered, though everything else was fine. The continental breakfast was good except for the hot plate: there was no prop for the lid, so you had to hold the lid with one hand and the tongs with the other. There was nowhere to place your plate, so several people almost burned themselves, including me. We also asked for extra sheets for our bed and never received them.

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice, but there was a funny smell.
