The staff were cordial and helpful, but the carpet in the lift was filthy and smelly. The room was unclean, the sheets were unclean, the bathroom didn’t meet expectations, the hygiene faucet (WC) was leaking, and the shower head was clogged.

The location is fine. The staff were uneducated, ill‑mannered, and not trained in hospitality. They openly threatened that if we booked offline at higher rates as they wished, they could cancel any booking from any online booking platform.

It’s close to the airport, the room’s hygiene is good, and the staff are very good. The service was nice, the food excellent.
