The staff were friendly, but the furniture was falling apart, the bed was tiny and uncomfortable, and the decor was depressing.

I slept well on the comfortable beds and the staff were friendly, plus the station was close by. The air‑conditioning was subpar, there was no kettle or enough glasses in the room, and the cleaning supplies were insufficient; the fridge glowed at night, which disturbed my sleep.

The location and staff were good, but the hotel’s entrance has maintenance issues.

Getting to Rome’s central station is very easy, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around; they’ll help you call a taxi locally if you need one. However, people with limited mobility will have to climb several flights of stairs to reach the reception and their room, so it’s best to arrange assistance before arrival.

The location is great and the room offers good value, and it was very clean. However, there’s no elevator, so you must ask staff to open the corridor door every time you arrive.
