“Mala decisión”
The staff, especially Pepa at reception and Andrés at the pool bar, were nice. The food offered was limited and of low quality, and the rooms weren’t cleaned well— the bathroom wasn’t serviced during the week we stayed.
The building was amazing, yet the dishes were always the same.

The staff were good. Ants in the bathroom appeared, and the drinks’ quality has dropped compared to last year.

The value for money is great; it’s a large hotel, everything is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good, varied, and tasty. The room was big and everything was clean. I had many doubts about the accommodation because of the reviews I’d read, but the price is fantastic… it’s weird how people want a brand‑new hotel with 5‑star amenities for so little.
The common areas were clean and the food was pretty good, but the rooms could use an upgrade; they felt a bit old and one mattress was noticeably worn.
