Tv is not working,no drinking water facility,hot water is not available in wash rooms,wash rooms are clean, nobody cleaned the in my stay of 3 days

I was not given room though I booked the same app. The response from the hotel authorities is very bad and ai was ashamed in front of my friends and relatives. They refused to give room. The Manager says he us not responsible for the booking as it was online booking. My point is what is the use of booking through online well in advance. I think the hotel authorities have sold the rooms to walk-in customers by charging extra amount. Further I have booked [5] rooms (1 through Booking app & 4 through OYO) in the hotel and the hotel authorities didn't allotted even a single room. I request you to refund the amiunt with compensatoon charges. Otherwise, I am going to file a case in Consumer Forum for deficiency of service

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! They had no hot water or mattress covers, and when I asked, they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m baffled why such a hotel is even listed.

I’m writing to vent about my recent OYO stay, which left me utterly frustrated and questioning the brand’s real purpose. The room was in a deplorable state: the AC, ceiling fans, and electrical outlets didn’t work at all. The bathroom was even worse—completely unclean and the flush was broken. On top of that, customer service was a nightmare: the local staff were unreachable, and I had to call the central line, where getting any response took an unacceptable amount of time. If OYO really wants to offer decent rooms at reasonable prices, this experience is a huge let‑down, and I demand an explanation for why such properties are still listed.
