Rooms—recently renovated, air‑conditioned, with TV and linen storage—offer private or shared bathrooms. Free Wi‑Fi, microwave, coffee maker, and nearby tapas bars enhance the stay.

The location was the best.

Central spot, quick late check‑in with keys in a box, four beds, some tea, coffee, two toilets on the floor with a small bathtub, toilet and bidet. Shower gel and paper were there, plus a sink in the room. It was clean enough. The place and conditions were perfect for the price—very cheap. We didn’t know towels weren’t included, but we had our own. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable but fine for one night. It was very noisy, but we arrived late, were tired, and fell asleep quickly.

The location is perfect; downstairs there are many of the best tapas bars. We chose the shared bathroom, so at certain hours you might have to wait a bit because of other guests. I didn’t like that we were given only one shower rug, so showering was a bit uncomfortable for our four. The bathroom had a hair dryer, and in the hallway there was a water heater and a microwave—pretty good. It’s a bit noisy overall, but the other guests we met were very friendly. Throughout, a very polite guy answered any questions on the phone. We would have liked an earlier check‑in time instead of 4 pm. The wardrobe door was broken, so we couldn’t open it at all. We also wished there were spare trash bags and a couple more small towels, but overall we were quite satisfied.

The location was PERFECT. Rooms were clean and tidy, great quality/value. The owner was even in touch with us and offered help if needed, although we were very comfortable there. It was really helpful to get all the instructions for accessing the apartments; my mother arrived first and, being an elder person, had no issues finding and accessing the apartment besides the mix‑up with the key box code, which was solved promptly.
