“Great value and location, very comfortable.”

The room and bathroom were spotless and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable; the space exceeded my expectations. A microwave, fridge, and TV were included, and I liked the vinyl flooring’s inherent cleanliness compared to the carpet in other hotels that can trap dirt and odor. The hotel sits near restaurants and coffee shops, making it convenient for exploring central‑to‑northern Arizona. The only downside was the truck traffic noise, which eased a bit during the late hours.

It offered good value and was conveniently located for work and services like Walmart and restaurants, but the proximity to the main road and railroad made it a bit noisy.

“Good for one a night stay as we head to our next destination.”

Staff were extremely nice, the bed was comfy and the room stayed clean. Coffee and small snacks were available 24/7, but you had to grab cereal and juice from the reception and bring it back to your room. The road noise was present, yet it didn’t bother me.
