The location is great and the rooftop terrace is fantastic. The staff were very friendly.

We’d like to thank the lobby staff member who helped us during our stay; she was incredibly helpful at check‑out, especially when we had trouble with road closures. She went out of her way to coordinate with security and police so we could get to the airport safely, and we truly appreciated her support and kindness. On the downside, room service was quite slow and the overall service could be more efficient. The rooftop bar’s policy of closing after 11 PM was disappointing, as it limited our evening enjoyment. Housekeeping could improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, and the interior décor feels outdated, especially given the high price. For the rates charged, we expected more modern rooms, better upkeep, and a higher overall standard. Overall, we appreciated the exceptional assistance from the lobby staff, but we believe the hotel could significantly improve its service speed, room quality, and value for money.

The location is very excellent, ideal, and close to everything. The room’s furnishings are clean, new, and comfortable, and the hotel décor is very beautiful. The staff are very cooperative, polite, and especially the employee (Patricia) was helpful, smiling, and offered me a room upgrade.
