“PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BOOKING THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS”
Nothing stood out for me. Cleanliness was absolutely horrific: a dirty pillowcase with someone’s hair, yellow pillows, a very fusty smell, and the room was extremely dated. I complained to the staff, but there was no alternative room available. The internal bathroom door looked as though someone had punched it through. A cockroach on the windowsill forced me to use toilet paper to remove it and throw it out the window. The hotel looks extremely tired and needs a lot of modernisation. Its location is very remote with no nearby amenities; you must rely on a car or Uber. The bedroom lighting wasn’t working and the room lacked health and safety features.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was no soap or toiletries in the bathroom.
