I was very disappointed. The overall experience was poor, the service let me down, and the value for money was unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and hope the management takes customer feedback seriously to improve the service and facilities.

The Location, The staff are polite and helpful,. The Breakfast options are very few and repetitive daily, they dont clean the room regularly, even when they clean they dont restock key items daily

The room was spacious and comfortable enough. 1. One of the room ceiling lights not working 2. Carpet has become too old and smells if ac is turned off 3. AC controls does not maintain 23deg centigrade 4. There was no small hand towel at wash basin
