The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV, minibars, seating areas, and private bathrooms with bathtubs and hairdryers. It offers a fitness centre and Gramaci Restaurant, a Mediterranean eatery with a vegetal pergola.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is great—close to the metro and right next to the grande arch. The staff were amazing and I couldn’t praise them enough. I’ll be back!

The location next to the Plénitude Arena made catching the concert easy, and the room was spacious enough for a family of four; we managed an early check‑in after insisting when we arrived exhausted with kids. However, there was no electric charging in the parking and no nearby wet‑room option, and the breakfast was decent but the scrambled eggs were stale and there was no omelet to order, which was disappointing for the price.

The venue was super close to the concert hall and the entrance was gorgeous, but I had seen that the car could be charged… and it turned out it couldn’t.
