The rooms were very clean, overlooking the sea, in a prime downtown spot, with the hotel facing the marina and a quiet setting; thanks for the warm reception from the hotel, for Michael at reception, for the housekeeping team, and for Chef Hamoud on breakfast, which cost 75 Egyptian pounds; nothing was missing, everything was excellent.

The location was outstanding and central, right in the heart of the city; the sea‑view rooms were great and the staff were superb—thanks to Miss Marlin at reception.

Everything was utterly miserable. The hotel was under renovation, yet it was still not ready to welcome guests, which makes me question how it can be rated 3 stars; the décor was awful and unattractive, the toilets were filthy—there were even worms crawling in the sink, and I have video evidence that the review platform refuses to accept. The bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable, likely to break your back. I strongly advise against visiting this place; it far exceeds any negative expectations.
