“Bare Mattress and Towel Troubles”
The sheets weren't elastic, so I woke up on the bare mattress because the sheets kept slipping off. There was no bath mat in the bathroom and the face towels were tiny. When I asked for fresh towels, they said they'd bring them, but after an hour I still had to go to reception to pick them up.
