Being close to the beach is a plus. The property isn’t well maintained: the charging socket fell out without touching it. The bidet jet didn’t work properly, and both shower and tap water pressure were very low. Very little water is supplied per day, so you have to think about that. Basically, you pay to see the beach. It definitely isn’t a premium property for the price they charge.

“It was great except for the charging of the linens”

I had a wonderful time at this hotel for two nights and three days, but a particular incident dampened our joy. The staff were attentive and always ready to lend a helping hand, anticipating our needs and providing excellent service. However, we were charged for laundry of beddings due to menstrual stains, which I found unnecessary as the linens would have to be washed regardless. This charge left a sour taste in our mouths and made us question the hotel's policies.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort, which offered a serene and private atmosphere away from the crowds. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. However, we encountered some issues with the plumbing, particularly in one of the casas, where the master bathroom smelled like sewers. Additionally, the shower and restroom layout could be improved to prevent water from splashing onto the floor and to provide better privacy.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was easily accessible from Manila and offered a peaceful atmosphere due to its small number of villas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, we noticed that the steps leading to the villas were painted grey, making it difficult to see them at night. To ensure guest safety, we suggest adding an outline to each step to make them more visible.

Our stay at this villa was pleasant, with a great stove and a small but hospitable atmosphere. However, when we asked for extra blankets, we were told that the hotel doesn't provide them, which left us feeling a bit disappointed. I think the hotel could improve by being more flexible in meeting the needs of its customers, which would make for a more enjoyable stay.
