“Comodidad sobre todas las cosas”
The owner’s friendliness, the cleanliness and the décor stood out. Being close to the beach, the city centre, the train station for La Spezia and Cinque Terre, plus free and secure parking were all great. The room felt a bit small and when the window opened you could see outside.

The staff were friendly, the location was quiet and close to the sea! I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

Private parking, large room. No air‑conditioning, breakfast was mediocre with no fresh items (everything was served in packaging, the fruit juice was very light and cut with water).

Great location, parking, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The shower‑head holder was broken and glued upside down, so it wouldn’t hold the head, and the toilet is too close to the shower cubicle – a 6’2” man has to sit “side saddle”.
