“Buenas vistas pero falta mejorar el servicio”
The views from this resort were simply stunning, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few issues. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, and we had to request additional cleaning, which still wasn't done thoroughly. Furthermore, we had a problem with a dish at the restaurant, which was initially said to be on the house, but ended up being added to our bill. The food took around an hour to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't fully booked.
I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay, but unfortunately, I don't have any specific feedback to share. It was a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, and the staff was 100% recommendable. The cocktail bar was excellent, and the spa was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Overall, my experience was excellent, with one exception: the breakfast menu could be more extensive. The receptionist, Tere, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this resort, but I think they could improve their coffee and offer more activities, such as renting ATVs.
