Located 300 metres from Norrköping Central Station, ProfilHotels President features a sauna, free Wi-Fi, and a 5-minute walk to Drottninggatan shopping street. The hotel offers work desks, tea/coffee facilities, and Carpe Diem beds in each room. A buffet breakfast is served daily, and the lobby bar provides a relaxing atmosphere. The Museum of Work is an 8-minute walk away, and Cactus Park is 200 metres from the hotel.

The breakfast was good and the shower was nice. The pillows were thick and heavy; the smaller pillow had a hard lump inside, making it uncomfortable, so I slept without a pillow. The room looked like a former hospital, with 3‑4 emergency buttons on the toilet and a red emergency light over the door. A clearly marked toilet step was taped with black and yellow tape. Hand weights hung on the wall inside the room, which lowered the overall hotel hygiene.
