The place is close to the city center and the Balaton, but there's no grill and the number of air‑conditioners is wrong; the one installed in the living room cooled well, so it was fine.

The room was spacious and stylish, and the furnishings matched the listing; the bathroom was large, the staff helpful, and they set up a baby crib and feeding station on request. The kitchen was well equipped, with many chairs and a big table, plus a night lamp and a night cupboard. However, the sofa in the living room was unsuitable for sleeping, uncomfortable, and collapsed. The seventh person had to sleep on a futon. In one bedroom, the bed frame was supported with plaster bricks. The terrace and jacuzzi had no roof, making them unusable in rain. The jacuzzi was not on the apartment’s terrace but under the external staircase, a few planks away from the ground‑floor apartment’s jacuzzi, and you could see over it. The path to the apartment passed at least through two other apartments’ private spaces, requiring passage through two gates to reach the stairs. Everything was dusty and spider‑webbed. The description did not make it clear that the advertised private space was not that private. One air‑conditioner worked, the other was started by staff but could neither be turned on nor off. A keychain was used for seven people, which was logistically demanding since every door opened with a key. Mosquito nets were missing in some places, and where they existed, they were torn and worn.

The location was very good, near the lake and the park, and the check‑in staff were friendly and professional. The apartment was poorly prepared in terms of cleanliness, with a lot of dust in various spots, and it seemed nobody had cleaned it before our arrival.
