The staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The only small suggestion is that the coffee/tea station at breakfast could be better organized.

The hotel complex is laid out over several levels along the coastal slope, giving plenty of privacy thanks to its spaciousness. There are three large pools, one of which is heated. The outdoor areas are well maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere. Both the breakfast and dinner are very good. Even though the island’s capital is only a 15‑minute drive away, the hotel feels rather remote.

Overall everything was great: the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was top‑quality. I would recommend it 100 %. The only downside is that the infinity pool’s glass overlooking Tenerife was a bit dirty; it’s a small issue that could be cleaned up, but it doesn’t take away from it being one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
